Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Contact details you provide at checkout: name, email address, phone number (if given)
• Shipping and billing address
• Order history and order contents (products, sizes, quantities, prices)
• Account information, if you create a customer account (email, saved addresses)
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number or card details on our servers - Stripe processes and stores this data directly under its own privacy policy
• Basic technical data (e.g. browser type, device type) collected automatically for site functionality

Why we use your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process and fulfil your orders, including shipping and customer support (necessary to perform our contract with you)
• To create and manage your customer account, if you choose to register
• To respond to enquiries sent via our contact channels
• To comply with our legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax records)
• To send you marketing communications, only where you have given your consent, which you may withdraw at any time

Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party service providers to operate this store. Each processes personal data on our behalf, under its own privacy and security terms:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud - hosting, database, and account authentication
• Stripe - payment processing
• KROS a.s. (iKros) - online invoicing and accounting platform
• Shipping and courier partners - delivery of physical orders to your address

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses only the essential cookies/local storage required for core functions such as keeping items in your shopping cart and keeping you signed in.

How long we keep your data

We keep order and invoicing records for as long as required under applicable Slovak accounting and tax law (generally 10 years). Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active, or until you request deletion.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten"), where applicable
• Request restriction of, or object to, certain processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
