We currently ship to: Slovakia, Czechia, Germany, Austria, Poland, and Hungary.

Processing and delivery times

How fast your package is dispatched depends on the type of item you purchased:

• Standard stock items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.
• Pre-orders & Limited drops: These items are manufactured to order to prevent waste. Processing and production timelines are specific to each drop and are always clearly highlighted directly on the product page (e.g., 2–4 weeks for production before dispatch).

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 10–15 business days across Europe. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier.

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country and method:

• Slovakia: €4.90 pickup / €5.90 home
• Czechia: €5.90 pickup / €6.90 home
• Hungary: €6.90 pickup / €8.90 home
• Poland: €6.90 pickup / €8.90 home
• Germany: €8.90 pickup / €10.90 home
• Austria: €8.90 pickup / €10.90 home

Free shipping applies automatically to all orders over €100, regardless of destination or delivery type.

Order tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Orders are shipped via trusted courier and postal services, including Packeta pickup points where selected at checkout.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs duties apply. All our current shipping destinations are located within the EU zone.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@styleless.eu with your order number so we can investigate with the courier and arrange a swift resolution.
