General terms of use
Last updated: 09. 07. 2026. These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern purchmade on this website, operated by Ivan Dvorový, registered address Lichardova 165/6, 040 01 Košice-Juh, Company ID (IČO): 57 745 528 ("we", "us", the "Seller"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Order acceptance
An order is submitted once you complete checkout and payment via Stripe. The contract between you and us is concluded once we confirm your order by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, in which case you will be notified and refunded in full.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are displayed in EUR. The Seller is not a registered VAT payer, meaning all displayed product prices are final and do not include VAT. We make reasonable efforts to display products and colours accurately, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details. All payments must be completed before an order is dispatched.

6. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges
If you are a consumer shopping from within the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Full details, conditions, and instructions are set out in our Returns & Exchanges page.
7. Legal guarantee / warranty
Goods sold are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applicable under Slovak and EU consumer protection law (generally 24 months from delivery for consumers). If a product is faulty or does not conform to the order, contact us at info@styleless.eu to arrange a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund as provided by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for indirect or consequential losses is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
9. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you are unhappy with how we have handled a complaint, you may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia).
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order will apply to that order.
